Once your order has arrived to your city’s local terminal, the carrier will give you a call at the phone number provided with your shipping address to set up a 4-8 hour delivery window at your convenience.
We Offer Free Shipping on nearly all small items. We always have Free Shipping special deals on Large Freight Items as well. Any questions just call and ask about our specials. Please note for nearly all Freight Items there is a lead time of approx 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated by customer service and or on the product detail page.
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Standard Freight Overnight International Package arrives 1 to 4 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Package arrives 3 to 9 business days after processing if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Unless Product Lead Time Required Package arrives the next business day if ordered before 12:00 noon (EST). Order should arrive 10-30 business days after processing. Depending on Shipping Service Flat rate does not include duties and taxes. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
When returning a gift, Anytime Anyplace Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from US FITNESS SUPPLY or affiliate store, and online. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check rather than a Gift Card.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.
Cancellations are always accepted at US Fitness Supply. However please note that for some cancellations a 5%-20% restocking fee or stop production fee may be applied even if the item has not shipped yet. This is decided on a case by case basis with a number of factors determining the outcome. Factors when a stop production fee or restocking fee may apply for an order cancellation, can include the following – Specific Manufacturers – Items With Lead Times – Items With Shipping Dealys. These fees are applied based on the following factors. Items which are custom made with a clearly stated Lead Time or Shipping Delay and production of these items have already begun. If an item is custom made and production has begun yet you wish to cancel the order will be cancelled with a stop production fee of 20%. Items with a clearly stated Lead Time – Shipping Delay MAY be subjected to restocking fees of 5%-20%. Many items we carry are considered FREIGHT ITEMS which can way 1000’s of pounds. The process to pull these items, palletize these items and get ready for shipping is very intensive and labor oriented. Due to this any items which have Lead Times or Shipping Delays clearly stated on the product page MAY be subjected to restocking fees. These fees are decided on a case by case basis any may not apply to all items or orders. Many factors are included when determining if a restocking fee will be applied such as the time from Order Date to Cancellation Date. PLEASE NOTE – ALL Credit Card Transactions will ALWAYS have a 2.96% Cancellation FEE due to Credit Card Processing Fees which are NON REFUNDABLE! – THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS! Due to long lead times and shipping delays, we are now enforcing a strict Store Credit only Policy in regards to Cancellations. Cancellations on behalf of Shipping Delays and backorders are completely understandable. Any orders for products clearly marked with an estimated shipping delay and or back order notice will ONLY be eligible for refunds in Store Credits! We will allow the customer 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel the order of said products for a full refund via the original payment method provided. However any cancellations after a 48 hour period will be eligible for Store Credit ONLY!
