The Adjustable Squat Seat is a fully welded with industrial strength chrome lock pins and sturdy rubber-coated thumbwheels to tightly lock in your desired seat height. Durable rubber top makes sure there’s no slipping. An ideal partner for any squat rack or power cage.

Height is adjustable from 11 inches to 16 inches in one-inch increments.
