At US FItness Supply we work with a number of Different Manufacturers and a number of Different Products. We are doing our best to keep inventory levels correct as they are contactly changing.
Please note that many Manufacturers along the West Coast have been hit especially hard in regards to COVID-19. From Inventory to - City - State - Federal - Guidleines & Restrictions.
Below we will provide two lists: Specifying Manufacturers that currently have restrictions set in place due to COVID-19 related issues. As well as Manufacturers which have not had Restrictions.
Please note that we are doing our best to provide the most updated information as we can regarding Lead Times & Shipping Delays. Keep in mind however that these Lead Times & Shipping Delays are changing constantly. Our Lead Times and Shipping Delay Time Frames are ESTIMATED these Lead Times & Delays will change. You may receive your order sooner then expected or you may recieve your order Later then Expected. At this time due to increased inquiries and short staff we are asking for patience. If you are contacting us regarding an order you have already placed or contacting us regarding an order you would like to place please allow 24 hours for a response.
Note that all Manufacturers - Warehouses - Fulfillment Centers assocaited with Fitness Equipment are extremely busy and very far behind in regards to shipping orders. Everyone is doing they best they can. Information - Lead Times - Inventory are changing constantly. Every order we receive is submitted for shipping. Every single one. Whether it is submitted for shipping from our own warehouse or submitted for shipping to a Manufacturer Fulfillment center. The faster you place your order the faster you get entered into the que for shipping.
MAUNFACTURERS WITH COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
Please keep a few things in mind when ordering. Just becuase a manufacturer has COVID-19 restrictions does NOT mean you can not order there products. It simply means you will need to expect delays for processing and shipping. We reccomend that if you are attempting to get your items as fast as possible that you order from a Manufacturer which does not have COVID-19 Restrictions.
MANUFACTURERS WITHOUT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:
Please keep in mind that while these Manufacturers have not yet been hit with COVID-19 Restrictions this does NOT mean that these Manufacturer products will ship out immediately - and or - always be in stock. Keep in mind that ALL Manufacturers of Fitness Gym Equipment are getting hit very hard right now with orders. Delays will happen.
If you are looking to receive an order as soon as possible we reccomend ordering as soon as possible. The sooner you place your order the sooner your order will be processed and entered into the que for shipping. The longer you wait the chance of your item becoming out of stock will only increase.

FEDEX - Money Back Guarantees are suspended until further notice, effective immediately. This impacts all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, and FedEx Office services.
FedEx is continuing to deliver packages. FedEx also announced it’s temporarily suspending signature required for most deliveries in the U.S. Except for shipments with adult signature required, a physical signature is not required for Ground or Express services.
UPS - Effective March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended UPS service guarantees until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Shipments created during this time are not eligible for service refunds.
Avoiding Undelivered Shipments: As some businesses have reduced hours or closed, please check that your recipient is still receiving shipments. If the location is closed, UPS will hold your shipment and attempt to complete the delivery at a later date if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will re-open within 9 days. However, if the location is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to the sender.
Commitment times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice.
USPS - The Postal Service received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States (U.S.) due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
